Pat Lowery Real
Estate: The first sign is a 4'x5' double sided M.D.O.
sign, with internal frame. Decorative post tops add a nice
touch. The sandblasted redwood sign is 24"x30", and is
installed on the porch wall, next to the entrance. Painted in
acrylic enamels.
Saddlewood
Apartments: This
is a 6'x12' M.D.O. sign, with painted graphics and lettering.
Decorative posts with trim makes this sign special.
The Lexington and
the David Weekley Homes signs: Made from M.D.O., and
painted with oil based enamels. The colored swoosh is blended
paint, and the lettering is high performance Oracal 751 vinyl
Ryan's Point Pool
Rules and large logo. The pool rules sign is laminated
clear heart redwood, with a sandblasted background and raised
letters. The background is painted with latex enamel, and the
raised lettering and logo are painted with oil based enamels.
The large Ryan's Pointe logo was a total restoration project,
involving sanding, crack filling, priming and repainting with
acrylic enamels. The logo is approximately 8 feet tall by six
feet wide.
Tilson Model Home
Sign - The Lexington:
Made from clear heart redwood, sandblasted and painted with
acrylic enamels. Posts are treated pine.
The Enclave:
This is a four piece M.D.O. enclosed pylon sign. Framework made
from 2"x6" treated pine, with M.D.O. panels installed
on site. All lettering is high performance Oracal 751 vinyl.
Leasing Office: Sandblasted
redwood with raised tree and lettering. Painted with acrylic
enamels.
Willow Creek: Laminated
clear heart redwood, sandblasted and painted with acrylic
enamels. Attached to decorative iron frame with horizontal
braces.
