All of these
signs on this page, with the exception of the Ashley Point sign,
are made from sandblasted clear heart redwood and painted with
acrylic enamels. The Houston Racquet Club sign and the Clear
Brook City Hike and Bike sign feature raised Precision Board
lettering that was custom sanded to shape.
The Ashley Point
sign is made from 3" thick High Density Urethane Precision
Board, routed and covered with PB hard coat. The final coating
is a faux sandstone finish. The sign is encased in an aluminum
pan enclosure, to discourage vandalism, on five sides.
Wooden posts are painted with bronze enamel paint.
