Morningside on the Park: This
sign monument is 14'tall by 8' wide. Made from welded steel pipe
legs and horizontal welded steel supports. Stucco applied to metal
lath and painted. Eight sandblasted sign panels were
attached to all sides. This sign was recently destroyed to make
room for additional homes. It was on the job for twenty three
years!
United Space Alliance:
Routed aluminum faces set into a welded aluminum frame. Internal
illumination reveals the copy only at night.
United Beechcraft:
Welded steel square tubing legs and welded horizontal steel angle
sections hold the aluminum sign pans in place. Each sign pan was
lettered with high performance vinyl letters. Originally
constructed in 1981, and still on the job today at William P.
Hobby airport, Houston, Texas.
Interox: A triangular
monolithic sign, with a .5" deep by 2.75" reveal,
painted orange. All faces decorated with high performance vinyl.
Family Dentistry: A
double sided sandblasted clear heart redwood sign, with
sandblasted riders.
Boeing: Internal
welded steel aluminum frame, with .080 routed aluminum faces,
sides and fillers. Painted with oil based enamels and lettering is
backed with white polycarbonate. At night, the word BOEING and the
address numerals are the only elements visible.
